This stuff seems like it could be used to make some pretty cool cases. It'd have to be for something that doesn't get too warm, but it could make for a pretty amazing looking NES shell.

Even if you had to over-size a fan or add another small fan to a case to improve cooling, it could allow you to make some pretty funky/cool looking cases. Nice find tts
 
I see a use for this in repairs more than entire cases, but still very neat. I might get some to make controller grips or something, maybe even molding too.
 
Yeah, with a 60C melting point anything near a CPU would probably get goopy and flimsy. Seems cool but you gotta keep in mind that 60C is not all that much for a system to produce. I dont think this would be the best candidate for say a GCP case, but a NES or SNES would be fine.
