Ypbpr SNES componant mod

so i have a problem, i have made this mod:

i connect my SNES to the TV by Componant to VGA cable and my screen is green !!
if i deconnect Red or Blue still green !!

what is the problem please ?? (maybe grounds ?)

ok i tested it directly in componant on my HD TV and it works perfectly but its pixelized... is it normal ???
