Hey guys, this will be my first completed mod, considering I complete it. I know this is a pretty popular one here, but I can't find many topics that really give me a lot of detailed help. This is the one I've found the most useful: viewtopic.php?f=40&t=6255&start=0
However, I still need help with some things, so I figured I'd post here.
I guess my first question is how do I solder the DMG tact switches to their respective switches on the SP pcb? I understand the scrapping the carbon off of the copper traces, but where do I solder the wire onto the SP board?
Update: I think I figured out that I need to remove the tact switches on the SP board to get to the parts I need to solder, but how do I take these off? This is the first time I've done this, and I don't want to screw anything up.
