WTB: Xbox 360 disc drive

So I recently picked up a 360 for free. Disc drive doesn't read and the tray screws up half the time. It's a Phillips and Lite-on drive. So I was wondering if anyone around here had one from a RROD console or something that I could pick up for cheap and put my firmware board in. So if you have a functioning spare, just tell me here and name your price.
