Better, more developed guides are available here and on his own forums.

It's out of print? And people may still want a hardcopy book to make a portable from, or it's easier to have everything in one place to make one?

It may be for sale at those prices, but have any of them actually sold? I'm guessing that most of the people interested in it are members of here, bh, or mbb, and know that there are much better information sources available (unless you plan on making one exactly by the book).
