Just got my megadrive! Needs a mega clean out... the cart slot is so sticky it's really hard to get the carts in and out!!
Planning to open it all up, scrub everything then add a few mods.
Was looking at the retroRGB audio mod and was wondering if I could route stereo sound through the RGB/AV socket on the back?
What type of connector would I need? Or could I change the output connector to accommodate the stereo without adding extra ports to the back? Although I have one of the mega drive 1's with the ext port which I could remove...
Looking to add the overclock, 50/60hz switch and region mods to to complete the set...
May even paint it all fancy like!
Anyhow... ramble over... need to clean the grubby f#@ker up first! Recommendations?
