will these batteries do for an n64 portable

Hi there.

I have been wanting to build an n64 portable for sosomeone now. I have all the parts except for the batteries.

I have found these on eBay UK: 251670469342 auction id

Would they do for the portable. How many would I need? Each has a power protector.

Are they any good?

Yes it would work, 2800mah is great, if your portable does not drains too much power it will be much enough, so you can just take two to build a 7.4v 2800mah pack.

The only thing is that you will have to remove these protection circuits and buy one for 7.4v:
