Does anyone know how you could use the "Visual Boy Advance GX 2.0.6 - GBA Emulator for Gamecube and Nintendo Wii" on a gamecube with a wiikey? It says it can work on a gamecube.

You need an SD-Gecko (& optional: WiiKey with Swiss) to use the Emulator.
But you have to know; I tested some GBA-Roms on the gamecube. It's lagging like Heck.

So would you just put the thing on the wiikey sd card and run the games off of the sd-gecko?

this emulator does seems to have some lag but it does not appear related to SD Gecko or SD card speed
even using my custom mods ive seen lag so the problem is elsewhere within the emulator...
that will take some investigation...


this emulator does not have official support to run on WKF because like most other emulators, they are dependent on having an SD Gecko for files or there will be emulator crash at startup...
however, it is possible to run these emulators on WKF, files and roms included

depending on which emulator, you can only save to Memcard or Gecko...hopefully that can be resolved but everything else works and performance improvements too for some titles
