Using 3ds sliders

I'm looking for advice, or even a guide if there is one out there, of a way to use 3ds sliders on a GCp. I've seen plenty of examples of it, I just haven't been able to find out how to do it from searching on the forums and on Google. As always, any other advice for creating a GCp will be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you go further ahead in the thread where that diagram is from you'll see that the correct resistances.

X: 3022 Ohms
Y: 3525 Ohms
