If so, will it work with Win7? It says it works with Vista but I don't want to spend $14.00 on something that doesn't work with my computer.

I had one of those and worked good on vista and xp. not sure about 7.

I don't know about 7, but yes, it's legit. My local game store sells 2-in-1 USB N64 and NES ports.

windows 7 apparently uses the same drivers as vista, no reason why it won't work.

Win7 also has XP compatibility mode.
