Too many volts used by accident. :(

If too many volts are used once and something happens to the screen your using like it becoming wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too bright to the point of it becoming unseeable and unusable can I go back and use the right voltage will the screen work again?

Um if you have too much voltage going into the screen, it'll just blow a fuse or potentially fry your screens board.

So should I get a new fuse or a new screen? And so if my screen takes 12v and my GC takes 12v do I need 24v? Or 12v?

12 volts. 24 will probaly fry it.When you hook the 12v to your board take the trace you did it to solder a wire than use that 12v wire to power screen. Also if you blew a fuse just pute some solder in between were it was or solder a wire to bridge it. If no fuse new screen.
