This would be an AWESOME game to port to N64.

You could use a texture for the marble, or perhaps possibly polygons.
The levels would be in 3D.

It's an awesome game, and the N64 could easily handle it.

Too bad none of us can port it.

Marble Blast Gold is a 3D adventure game. It was pre-installed on some Apple Inc. computers like the iMac and iBook, later arriving in a short-lived N64 port. It is also available for Windows operating systems as well as various Linux distributions. Marble Blast Gold was also released for the Xbox, which featured several levels to replace others due to different gameplay mechanics. The sequel, Marble Blast Ultra was released a few years later for the Xbox 360 platform, and features improved graphics and new features.
