Hi i am going to attempt to make a GCp! Yay! i don't have a lcd screen or wires. Before i get into detials i need to say this. I don't have a camera so i need to use my descrivetive words. (Thank you edumacation.) also before tear my thing apart i need to know how much the cheapest screen is i have 25 bucks so it needs to be cheap.

Try to find a PS1 screen.
A cheap 3,5" screen from eBay are good to.

Worklogs are boring without pictures. Get a camera. I once got an old but still decent digital one at a garage sale for five bucks.

Or even a webcam would do the job.

ok i will ask parents for there camra btw i found an old car tv so i took it apart and got the sceen. so now all i need is a gamebit screw driver and some wires. then i will be able to actually start. Yay!

You can drill out those screws if you have a drill, or pliers might work but it's a pain in the ass.

ok so i will try to use the power tool for the gamebit screws in maybe a few hours.

(I apprantely don't have a hand drill. )

I've only drilled out screws with a drill press, and you need a good amount of pressure, and it's a pain because the gambit screws are rounded. I'm not sure if it will work if you are using a screw gun, but its worth a shot.

You could just use a dremel cutting wheel and cut out the entire screw post area.

I wouldn't recommend drilling them out... I've had very bad experiences with drilling out screws. Besides if you plan on doing this as a hobby, you will need the proper tools eventually. gamebit screw drivers are cheap anyways, just go buy one on ebay.
