We all have some crazy stories about the first mod we've ever done. This could be from hacking your psp, to led modding your cell phone, or if your very gifted to building a portable.

My frist mod ever was making a pandora battery...

Fixed my NES's cart slot. I did it the hard way, too -- none of this new connector crap. I fixed the connector.

I cut a hole on the disk cover on my playstation, painted it black, and replaced the led with a green one.

When I was 11, I attempted an N64p, but killed it, so I swapped the green LED in my PSone and the red LED in my other N64 and called it a day.

i built an ipod/mp3 player speaker system. it was actually quite nice. smooth case, good sound quality, etc. i dont have it anymore, though. otherwise i would post pics.
