Well If you haven't heard, I am making an lsdj kit. I am using a DMG with a red backlight and the prosound mod. I am also making the lsdj keyboard to go with it all. Bo bought me a EMS cart for it too. (Thanks again!)

So after a trip to the game store and some krylon X-metals, I got this.

I hope you enjoy that, cuz I do! It looks so good in person.

So this will start my mini "blog" for my lsdj kit making process.

Very nice. Even though red is my least favorite color, I love the clear/red color on your DMG. Good luck finishing this project. Again, very nice. By the way, what's this krylon X-metals stuff? If it's something better than fusion, I'll be all over it.

The X-metal stuff is an anodized paint that when sprayed on plastics leaves a transparent color. Here's what it looks like on a grey DMG.

Its very nice if you want a logo or something to show after the paint dries.

Also it dries REALLY fast!

I already ordered my X-metal dark orange - I'm doing it to my clear DMG soon.

Or I'm debating doing it dark green, like the Jungle Green n64 was.

And I didn't know they had orange and green. Do they have any other colors?

They come in Purple, Green, Blue, Yellow, and Red.
