Step up reg?

I can't decide what to use. I have two batteries that are 3.7v and I can't decide if I could step up 3.7v to 8v for a screen. Can any one point to me a decent step up reg for it? It would need to handle about 700mah.

The ptn04050c is my all time favorite step up regulator. Input voltage of about 2.9v-5v, output of about 5-15v.

is 7.4 volts not enough to power the screen?
