kamui_kun Newb Nov 26, 2013 #1 Hi, Is it technically possible to split the Dual Shock 3 in 2 parts ? (still connected of course) My goal is to make a gamepad for my 8" tablet, and have the gaming controls on boths sides, basically like a Wii U controller.

DNT Formerly SteamDNT Nov 27, 2013 #2 The DS3 uses plastic membranes that plug into the board through a simple ribbon cable. You can just wire it up, but you would lose the pressure sensitivity of the buttons that nobody really makes use of.

kamui_kun Newb Dec 1, 2013 #3 Thanks for your reply, Actually I think I will be using an Xbox 360 wired controller, as it seems that the DS3 driver won't work with my tablet. Any tutorials about how to do this wiring ? I'm a total noob in modding -.- If someone is available for making this mod please PM me
