I can't keep this a secret anymore!!!
Thought I would post a few pics of my current project; the Nintendo GCi.
I've been working on this since the beginning of January,and it's been on hold for about a month-and-a-half now due to speaker issues.
The ones xXBEBXx kindly sent me had the perfect dimensions, but unfortunately they didn't like my amp
Found out that W800 speakers are surprisingly good for their size (15x4,5mm trimmed),
I ordered 2 of them, and of course one had to be faulty

Anyway...

Some specs:

• Size: 183x95x30mm
  7.2V 5800mAh Li-Ion batteries
  5" Good Display screen
  *Built-in component video chip
  *0% frankencasing
  *1019 memory card
  *Micro SD gecko
  *Wiikey Fusion modchip
  *and so on...

How'd you do the air holes?

I used the vents of the metal cage the Gamecube regulator board sits in as a drill spacer.
