Smallest screen?

Whats the smallest screen anyones ever used for 64? Or cube? And could you leave links? I have an interesting project coming up and I need to definately learn more about broadining my screen knowledge from psone screen

I think 3.5" is the smallest since you probably wouldn't be able to see the text on a 2.5".
