i have a question about some screens i dont have much money but i have most of the supplys i need but i only have 35 dollars on amazon.com and i found a xbox screen for about 10$

Well, you COULD, but it wouldn't be cheap or easy. You would need to build a board to convert the analogue signals (or you could tap the digital signals) into signals that would be accepted by that screen.

Unfortunately it would require a lot of expensive equipment and its just cheaper to buy an analogue screen.
