Rev B IPL

Are all Rev B boards IPL v1.1+?
This site states that only Rev A boards have IPL v1.0. I want to make sure before I buy another useless GC.

Yep. All revision B boards I've come across are DOL-CPU-30. They are actually the same as revision A boards, they just don't have the serial expansion port soldered onto the motherboard.

just to add, some DOL-CPU-30 boards do have the serial expansion port...also with IPL v1.1
interesting how the same DOL-CPU-30 boards are both REV A and REV B, (just remove port)


to play it safe, easiest way to know for sure you are not getting a GC with IPL v1.0 is to buy a GC with no serial expansion port...
