PSP's broken, will pay for repair.

No Stranger To Love
My PSP is broken. Here are some details.

*it's hacked. The firmware and CFW is...whatever was popular in July 2010.
*I took the UMD drive off, but it still worked after I took it out.
*It will not go into recovery mode
*PSP-1000
Here's a video of me trying to turn it on.

When I attempt turn it on, the little power LED flashes for like half a second.

If you know what is wrong with the PSP, and are interested in repairing it, let me know and we can work something out. If you don't know what's wrong with it but think you can fix it, I can pay shipping both ways for troubleshooting the PSP.

I had a similar problem a while back. I think it was because of the battery PCB getting fried (I was messing with it trying to do the make your own pandora battery thing. I didn't really know what I was doing back then.)

"An error occurred, please try again later."

From what you describe, it sounds like the problem I was having with my first PSP. I had no idea how to fix it (I bought it under the impression it was bricked), so I ended up just buying another one and swapped their faceplates and it's been sitting in a box ever since. If someone ends up repairing it I'd like to hear what the problem was just out of curiosity.
