psone screen mobo trimming

I know that the ps1 screen mobo can be cut down to basically the same size as the screen itself(aside from the tumor of an audio amp), but does anybody actually have a guide to show how you can get it so small, and what kind of rewiring you might need?(or, a guide for the sides at least) I'm trying for a n64 in a psone case too like somebody around here who got the idea after me (but I need room for controls)

I know zenloc found out how to cut it really small. We asked for a guide, but I'm not sure if he'll do it.
