First off, stop bumping. People will answer you, it just takes time. Now about your N64, put a game in and turn on your console. Before that, make sure the LED comes on.
Make sure the games contacts are clean, and blow air into the cart slot. This works for me when cut my boards. It just helps to eleminate as many variables as possible.
Make sure the N64 works on a different screen, and try a different input on the PSOne screen. That will tell you if there's a problem with the N64, screen, or possibly both.
