Preferred DOL-CPU for a portable?

For my first portable, what MB should I look for?

DOL-CPU-10
DOL-CPU-11[IPL 1.0]
DOL-CPU-11[IPL 1.1]
DOL-CPU-20
DOL-CPU-30
DOL-CPU-50


I assume the 20-50 are all IPL V1.1

If you have enough space, look for a DOL-101, the one with the built-in regulator.
And the preferred CPU would be anything with IPL 1.1, because IPL 1.1 is more compatible with disc drive replacements.
