PlayStation mod chips

Hello,

I just got my hands on 4 PlayStation consoles from ebay, all PAL model.
I know I can get the stealth chips from EurAsia and make them play back ups, but I was wondering if someone knows about a chip to make them region free?

Or if there is a hardware mod that can be done to break the region and allow them to play any kind of game?

Any standard modchip will make the console region-free.

I have a USB pic programmer and a stack of 12c508 and 12c508a chips left over. i can program you modchips and send them to you cheap. Installation diagrams are easy to find for each model. lfsanderson@hotmail.com

Thanks for the offer, but I got my chips from eurasia shop.
Installed them and the PlayStations are all working like a charm now

Not a problem, when I lived in Melbourne there was a 2nd hand shop nearby and they always had 2nd hand PlayStations going for $4 each. I had around 15 of them at one stage. Some required a slight drive adjustment to get them reading CD's properly, but yeah ...used to mod them like crazy! (every now and then you'd find one already modded)

I was wondering if you could program a modchip and post it to Australia?
