Noob overhere.
I am trying to do the oldschool 2-switch region free mod, on my SNES pal. But whenever i ground pin 4 of the CIC, the machine does not turn on. When I leave it floating, it still does not play NTSC games.
I have tjecked, and double-tjecked the wiring.
My board is SNSP-CPU-02
The CIC is F413A
I know the CIC replacement mods are probably more streamlined, but I just like the "feel" of the machine with 2 physical switches
Hope someone has som advise.
