Outlet Lamp: Mostly finished but needs paint

Well I was modding 2 wall outlets into the base of this lamp I had to add weight as it was always falling over.

Anyway the mod is pretty much finished besides the final putting the wires in, and the paintjob I did on the part the bulb goes in came out LIKE ARSE!

Anyone want?
Or can anyone sandblast the top for me so I can powder coat it, spray paint doesn't stick very well.

EDIT: Wait I prolly need some kind of fancy paint gun to powder coat it...
Anyone got one of those?

EDIT: Maybe I will just sand it the normal way...
