Oblivion Mod List?

Yeah, so just looking around for mods and adding them to Oblivion has gotten me nowhere, except for a broken game I've had to uninstall from Steam. Is there any chance that any of you guys know of a general good list of mods to install, or have a list they have made themselves? I've love a nice list of mods that add cool content to the game, add game balances, and visually enhance the game, since I really haven't put my GTX460 to much use. Just a side note; my game sorta stutters with the FPS, but I have a nice enough gaming PC that it shouldn't do that. Perhaps there's a mod to fix that too?

I have quite a few other things, like anim replacers and the like, but I dont feel like I need to type em.

As for your FPS issues, that shouldnt happen. Beyond that, all I can say is to redownload and reinstall.
