The word "scrolls" was going to be used in another game Mojang is working on, and Bethesda is about to sue them because of the name.

As for the actual thread, this is pretty Dang cool. Bethesda probably won't take them up on it though. Also, Bethesda's parent company, ZeniMax, owns the Quake series

I actually think Notch might lose, and that he knows it. He probably stopped giving a *Can'tSayThisOnTV* about "scrolls" after this lawsuit business.
