This person obviously has no freakin' idea what "mint condition" means.

Mint condition means absolutely perfect -- still sealed in its original packaging, looks just like it came from the factory.

Near mint is essentially the above, except it's not sealed up any more. Like you bought it brand new and only removed the shrinkwrap.

I'd give those carts a "very good" at most.
