Nestopia help?

With Nestopia, I'm having troubles running Famicom Disk System games. I run the game, then "flipped to side B" (because Nintendo was retarded and decided that you had to flip the game over after the title screen), and nothing happens after that. Can someone explain what I have to do?

I'm also having trouble running games using MAME. I run the zipped file (of the game), and it won't work. Any way around that? Got that fixed.

Make sure you have the parent rom for your game if it requires it.
