It looks like you removed the power switch. You have to bridge the points on the board once the switch is removed so the board stays permanently on. I can't really tell whether you've done that or not.

You have the regulator wired wrong. The n64 will turn on without a jumper in, so SonyQrio is wrong. You should not be working on things, especially not for other people without a multimeter.
