n64p won't turn on

I have the batteries and regulator all wired up to the right spots, but when I try to turn it on nothing happens. Any ideas?

Most n64s can't go that low, n64s are very picky about the voltage they use, you should use at least 3.23. You're going for 3.3v

Still using the original hookups? Are you sure the cart slot relocation works? Are you positive that the game works? Got any pictures?

Try running a 2k resistor. You can do this by putting 2 1k's in series.

Also, if those are what bad pics look like for you, I love you. Most new guys post pics they took with a .08 mp webcam and say they look good.

Also, control deck case + game in power brick port = win.

Problem is likely not voltage related. Check for shorts on the 3.3v line. They are most likely in the cart slot area since you relocated there.

It looks like you removed the power switch. You have to bridge the points on the board once the switch is removed so the board stays permanently on. I can't really tell whether you've done that or not.

 Heheh whoops, I guess I forgot to do that.

You have the regulator wired wrong. The n64 will turn on without a jumper in, so SonyQrio is wrong. You should not be working on things, especially not for other people without a multimeter.

Even though you and iburnXD are the same person.
