My genesis 2. crystal clear audio mod, cxa1645 region switch

Like the title says this system started out as a 15$ va 1 genesis 2 with the terrible ka video encoder that can't do s-video and horrible sounding audio. I bypassed the original audio circuit and built / installed tiidos amazing crystal clear audio circuit. I also bypassed the ka encoder and installed a cxa1645 video encoder kit giving me both the best video and audio possible out of a genesis. For the finishing touch I installed a region switch to play my japanese imports. Here's some pics and a demo video:

I read audio and saw the 8 pin chip there, is than an LM386?

4558d dual amp. Here's the awesome schematic made by tiido who designed the audio circuit:

According to tiido this mod only works on asic audio models of the genesis 2. Probably just the va0 va1 and va1.8
