Most worthwhile PURCHASE of a video game for it's cost?

I would have to say the Orange Box. Seriously, deals don't get better then that. Even if Team Fortress 2 itself was $30 I'd still buy it for that amount.

If we're going to talk bundles, the valve complete pack. $100 for 23 valve games, and I would have paid $100 easily for like 6 or so of them? YES.

Valve Complete Pack + Garry's Mod.

Hours upon hours of widely varied entertainment with an active mapping/modding community for a total of $110.

Ah yes, gmod.

gmod isn't as good if you don't have the games to back it up, so it's best to have the vcp for it.

I don't have the Valve complete pack, but I think I have all the Source engine Valve games minus Half-Life: Source. I'm perfectly satisfied with that.
