As a service I could make you a variable power supply. I would say about 20 bucks in electronics parts plus 20 labor ... around 10 bucks for parts and 10 to ship. So that is 60. I could knock it down to 50 because I like most people in MR.
It would have 12V, 3.3V, 5V and a variable from probably around 1 to 11 volts. There will be negative counterparts to the fixed voltages. Possibly a variable negative but eh.
