Is there another option than the pth 08080?

Is there another place to order the pth 08080 than TI.com? The shipping to Norway is alone 30$! Or something that does the same use. I got some regulators from ebay but they didn't step down more than 2 volts. And i dont intend to use 3 a piece to get where i want.

They do, but its expensive as Heck. 30 $ only for shipping. With ten dollars in overseas tax and ten dollars for the unit it comes to 50 bucks for the regulator.
