Is my N64 fried?

I was relocating my cart slot and I tested it and got no output, i had a working jumperpack in it and i have checked all of the chips for bridged points and nothing, the led still works but other than than it doesnt work, anybody know whats wrong?

Did you solder to the outer holes on the n64 mobo? Where the expansion slot pins where connected. A picture would be great for other to help you.

Yes outer set of pins, I did everything by the book and checked for mistakes and found none, simply wont work and I cant figure out why.

I am aware that a few wires came out, that happened after I tested it and it still did not work before the wires came off, I believe it may have something to do with the back of the cart slot.
