iPod Touch 2g Headphone jack.

I couldn't get an exact number off of apple on how much it costs to get it fixed.... My mom won't let me take it apart, the irony. Anyone know of a good site that repairs them at a low cost?

Jam a wetted qtip in there or something, it apparently works.(Let it dry after, though) The switch is probably jammed or whatever.

I'm gonna try that again. I used some rubbing alcohol on the out side of it, and it helped for around 2 minutes.

If it's a 2G you probably still have a warranty. I took my 1G touch to the store earlier this year and they gave me a new one for free.....my warranty was up like a year earlier.
