Interference?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows why I might be getting this kind of problem. It looks a little bit too extreme to just be normal interference. I'm wondering if it might be my regulators because it occasionally doesn't happen (usually after I mess around with a regulator).

One possibility is that voltages going to the CPU or GPU are too low. That would happen in that case, but you would probably experience freezing too.

Hey thanks for the advice I actually just solved the problem a minute before I read your post. You were actually pretty close though. My problem was the 1.8v line came loose. The reason why the problem was fixed when I adjusted the regulators was due to me pulling the regulators out to inspect them and in the process shifted the 1.8v wire into a more stable position.
