It's pretty scratched on the back, but the glass has no truly noticeable scratches. It's black and is 8GB. It works perfectly, and is currently jailbroken (running iOS 3.1.2). I can easily un-jailbreak it (bringing the warranty back) if you prefer. Yadda, yadda, yadda...
