Hi all,
After I fried the IC on my PS one screen for the speakers, I find myself in need of custom wiring the speakers and headphone jack.
My plan, is to take the two rca sound feeds of the N64 mobo, and fitting them to an Ipod amplifier and speakers.
But, I need to wire the headphone jack in somehow. . . Now I understand the rca left feed will go to the left speaker connection. Right feed to the right, and ground to ground.
Now, pins 4 and 5, the 'switch' how the heck do I wire them in, so it cuts the speakers when the headphones are in, and visa versa etc.
Any help much appreciated, I had this working fine on the ps1 board, before I fried the stupid IC. . . .grrrrrr....
