How to get 3.3v for your N64P

So a lot of the other guides around that had a diagram similar to this one have since died, so here you all go:

You'll need:
- A PTH08080 (Texas instruments)
- A 100uF 16v or higher capacitor
- A 1.87k resistor

Wire up to N64 like so:

You're done.

I'd recommend using a multimeter to check and make sure you're getting 3.3v out of the regulator before you try and power on the N64. You wouldn't want to kill the board by overfeeding the 3.3v line.
 
The link is just an example of what the one I have looks like, mine goes down to 3.3, just wondering what to do with the output - wire.
