Help!!!!!! My controller isnt working!

I relocated the L + R buttons and the Z button also the Left poitmieter. I treid relocating the C-stick but the thing kept spinning a round so I decided I will cut the traces and use those traces, but after the cutting part the controller suddenly stopped working and that contoller was $10 from dollar tree. Also its a 3-party controller.

Just buy a new one,
Not from family dollar I got mine from there,
And 1-2 buttons always are broken.
