It has a brand new UMD door installed, and a brand new battery.

The PSP needs a new analog stick. A lot of homebrew (emulators and such) is still playable, as well as Patapon, GripShift, N+, and perhaps SOCOM. New analogs cost about $5, and are easy to install. I will also include my #000 Philips screwdriver, the exact size for the PSP's screws.
