It is! It fits very well in hands. Heck, it can fit in a large pocket, or something like that on a hoodie or jacket!

Im thinking of putting the 2 buttons on the top as L and R buttons, so not to clutter the front side.

Why hello young billy, it is I michael, your welcome for that 25 bucks for your atari :P....Im working on my flashback 1 as we speak.

A new, larger case came in mail today, and the flashback 2 will be here with-in the hour.

Should I get a larger case, and make it less "pocketable" than my previous larger case, but get better battery life?

Or keep smaller case, have to trim the board, and get less battery life?

Mini update, and a question.

I made my audio amp with volume control.

On the generic speaker I pulled out of a pokedex, there were only two wires to which it was connect, a blue and green.

Green means ground, so I thought Blue meant audio in or positive, amirite?

I've used that same speaker. I dont remember which wire is which, but I just tested and figured it out. There are only two ways it can go. You won't fry it if it is incorrect.

Im gonna use the bigger case for this project, it will be easier and better battery life.

I got donor buttons and a dpad. The controller is ultra simple I was kinda laughing at it.

@Bush, is that the only two connections it needs? Because I'm have two wires currently on it, audio in, and ground. I run the audio signal from the RCA cable to audio in, and run the ground to well, ground.

Will that make it work?

Yeah, it is a mono speaker. If you run the other channel line into the input pin, you could make a mono speaker with both channels... but that is kinda useless as I believe the atari 2600 is mono. But yes, two pins, audio in and ground. Decent speaker btw; used it as a GBA speaker replacement. Should be great for Atari sounds.

Um, I think you mean you will use mono lol. If you didnt use either you wouldnt have sound.
