Flash Memory for an NES portable

I was wondering if it was possible to somehow get flash memory of some sort, like a USB flash drive or an SD card, to work in a portable NES whether by direct slot or a cartridge converter.

Oh, you meant a Flash Cart.

I thought you meant adding an SD slot or something to the NES itself.

If there were a converter or something, because I saw a mod on youtube and the guy made his portable n64 and put in a working sd card slot. I was wondering for homebrew reasons.

Impossible at the moment.

There are N64 flashcarts, I'm pretty sure, but they're expensive as Heck. The guy in question could theoretically have simply integrated the flashcart itself into the portable. Theoretically.

That was SS's first gamecube portable, I think you're talking about his AR memcard that he built in.
