ebay battery question

This is a cheap Ebay battery.
My questions are simple.
Would 2 or 4 of these work nicely for a portable?
And I would still need a PCB to keep from overcharge and undercharge, correct?

They are probably not actually that capacious. Ebay batteries lie. They would work though.

PCB is a must.

I bought a pair of these and see how well they work. If they arent as capacious as they say they are... oh well im expecting it. Hey cant beat the $0.03 in ebay bucks

this is another battery pack that im looking at.. I was wondering would these be usable? i havent seen anything on RC batteries... and (as far as I know) no one has used RC batteries (as far as I know).

RC batteries are plenty usable, but you do need a PCB. RC batteries do not have PCBs in them, as the draw is high and the protection is done either by the ESC or the charger.
