Does JB weld conduct?

If I RCP wire and the cover the contacts in jb weld will it short?

JB Weld is not conductive, it's a generic epoxy, and a good one.
Go for it.

I have not found jb weld to be a good bonder, just a filler. Although covering connections should be ok.
