Since no one uses IRC chat, and I know myself and a few others leave Discord open all the time anyway, I've gone ahead and set up a Discord Server.

What is Discord?
Discord is like if Skype, IRC, and Team Speak all had a baby together. That is, you can use it as a robust text chat or you can optionally join one of the voice channels if you wanna play a game or just listen to Kickback's sexy British accent or something. Oh, and we got bots that can do custom commands too, just like the good ol' days.
How do I connect?
There are primarily three ways to connect:
- Web Browser: Yep, you can just use any modern browser to go to https://discord.gg/vRcE3DP and you'll be in the server. This is a great option to just check everything out or ask a quick question, but if you're planning on using it semi-regularly you'll probably want to use the client so you don't need to keep the tab open all the time.
- Desktop Client: Just go to https://discordapp.com and you can download the client for either Windows or Mac (they promise Linux is coming soon). Once you're all set up, just click the plus button on the left hand side and paste in https://discord.gg/vRcE3DP to add the server. You can go to "Notification settings" to choose what messages you want to be notified for, if any.
- Mobile Client: Just go to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and search for "Discord Chat". If you haven't already set up everything in the web/desktop client, the instructions are the same as above.
Should I register?
I highly recommend you register your account and post your user name in this thread because the server imposes some restrictions for unverified users, and it will also prevent someone else from registering your name.
